We have received reports from a small number of users that they are experiencing issues with the loading speeds of some records in Infinity and occasional connection timeout messages.[/b]
Our team are currently investigating and we will provide a further update shortly.
Resolution
The platform maintenance is complete and Ikiru People engineers have successfully mitigated the Microsoft Azure capacity issues that were identified earlier today.
Affected customers should no longer experience any performance or connection issues and we apologise for any disruption caused.
