Connection InterruptionNormal Service Resumed

We have had reports from a small number of users of brief connection interruptions and timeout messages appearing.

Our engineers are investigating and we apologise for any inconvenience. We will provide a further update shortly.

Resolution

Ikiru People have identified the issue and taken the required mitigation steps.

Infinity Timeout IssuesNormal Service Resumed

We have received reports from a number of users experiencing timeout message and system slowness.

Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating and we will provide a further update shortly.

Resolution

Our team have investigated the issue and identified a brief interruption in one of the services on the Azure platform caused some intermittent timeouts and connection interruptions.

This appears to now be resolved but we will continue to monitor the platform. Please accept our apologies for any disruption caused.

We have had reports from a small number of users experiencing delays logging in and slow loading of records.

Our engineers have been made aware of the issue and are currently investigating. We will provide a further update shortly.

Resolution

Ikiru People Engineers have been continuing to monitor the platform and all metrics are showing normal performance levels have been restored. We will continue to monitor throughout the day.
