Our team have identified an issue which is currently restricting functions in Infinity that require emails to be sent by the application. This does not impact any comms centre communication but users may find issues with the following areas:
Sending candidate portal email and login codes
Obtaining password reset emails for user from the forgotten password link
Email notifications from the notification centre and incoming SMS
MFA codes if you use MFA by email. Authenticator apps will work correctly

ResolutionOur engineers have identified the cause of the issue and mitigated the problem. Full functionality to affected areas of the system has now been restored.
