We have had reports from some users of ISV Online that invitations to undertake assessments are not currently being received by candidates.
Ikiru People engineers initial investigations have identified an issue with our platform provider and we are currently liaising with them to establish the cause and mitigate the problem. We will provide a further update as soon as possible and in the meantime apologise for the disruption caused.

Ikiru People engineers have identified a possible cause of the issue that is currently preventing emails sending from the system. We are now working closely with our service provider to resolve the problem but cannot provide a timescale for a resolution.

Our engineers have identified an issue with the ISV platform which is currently preventing some users from logging into ISV.
We are working to mitigate the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible. We apologise for the disruption.
Resolution
The issue has been mitigated and normal service has been resumed. Users can now login as normal.

We’ve had reports of some customers/candidates experiencing issues with ISV Online.
Impacted customers are unable to login and candidates are also unable to login to access their assigned tests.

We’ve had reports of some customers/candidates experiencing issues accessing tests that were sent out prior to this morning.
Any test links sent out now will be accessible as normal so customers can re-send tests to candidates as a work around for the time being.
