We have received reports from a number of users that the values of edited pick list reference data in FileFinder are no longer displaying correctly. Users may experience missing or incorrect reference data in picklists in several areas of the system.
Ikiru People engineers are currently reviewing the issue and working on mitigation measures. Once the mitigation steps are completed, picklists will be restored to the correct values.
We apologise for any disruption being caused by this and thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve the issue.

ResolutionOur engineers have identified and mitigated the issue and normal service should be resumed for all users who reported experiencing issues. Further measures will be deployed over the weekend to provide additional assurance.
