Our team have identified an issue which is currently restricting functions in FileFinder that require emails to be sent by the application. This will impact the following areas of functionality:
Sending password links to newly registered users
Obtaining password reset emails for users from the forgotten password link
Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating the issue and we will provide a further update shortly. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
ResolutionOur engineers have identified the cause of the issue and mitigated the problem. Full functionality to affected areas of the system has now been restored.
We will continue to monitor and put into place any additional required steps to prevent this issue from recurring. Once again please accept our apologies for the disruption.
