Infinity SaaS Intermittent Timeouts - Austral (Australia East)Normal Service Resumed 30/08/2023 10:46 → 31/08/2023 07:00 UTC
Following a power surge issue experienced by Microsoft at the Australia East Azure data centre, some customers using Infinity SaaS may experience intermittent HTTP 500 level response codes and service timeout messages.
Microsoft are currently working to mitigate these issues and until this is resolved Infinity SaaS customers in the region may be affected.
Ikiru People engineers will continue to monitor the Azure services for updates.
Resolution
Microsoft have mitigated the data centre issues and most of their services are back to normal. Infinity users should now be able to login as normal.

We have received reports from a small number of customers that they are experiencing certificate issues when attempting to login to Infinity SaaS.
This is only affecting users in our Australia East region. Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating. We apologise for the disruption and will provide an update as soon as possible.
Resolution
Our engineers have mitigated the issue and users should now be able to login correctly.

Infinity SaaS - Text SearchNormal Service Resumed 26/05/2023 07:00 → 26/05/2023 08:10 UTC
We have received reports from some Infinity users that they are currently unable to search using the text search option within the application. All other search options are working correctly.
Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating and we will provide an update as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Resolution
Our engineers have identified the issue and implemented a solution. Text search functionality is now restored.
