Infinity SaaS - Socket Connection IssuesNormal Service Resumed 28/03/2023 07:00 → 28/03/2023 08:00 UTC
A small number of users are reporting receiving socket connection errors during login or whilst working within Infinity. Our engineers are currently investigating and we will provide more information shortly.
Resolution
Our investigations indicate that these issues are isolated to a specific common ISP. Those users impacted by this issue should contact their ISP for advice.

We are receiving some reports of users receiving sporadic timeout and connection errors whilst using various functions within Infinity.
Ikiru People engineers are investigating and we will provide an update shortly
Resolution
Our engineers have been monitoring the platform and performance appears to be at normal levels. We will continue to monitor the situation and apologise for any disruption encountered.

We are getting reports from some users that they are receiving TCP timeout errors using Infinity and this is preventing users from being able to login or work within the application.
Ikiru People engineers are investigating as a priority and we will provide additional information shortly. We apologise for the disruption and thank you for your patience. A further update will follow.

Customers reported issues receiving timeout issues when trying to connect or use Infinity SaaS for a brief period this morning. This seemed to effect multiple users for a period of around 10 minutes, however you should now be able to login again and use Infinity as normal.
Our engineers will continue to monitor and investigate the root cause of the timeout and we apologise for the inconvenience caused.
