We’ve had reports of some customers experiencing issues logging in to FileFinder Desktop and Browser. This only seems to be affecting customers in the EU region on our SaaS platform.
Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Potential issue facing FileFinder Desktop users who have chosen to set Summary as their first tab
If you are a FileFinder Browser user or do not have the Summary tab set to show as the first tab on the Person page, this issue will not affect you.
Incident details:
We have had a small number of customers experiencing issues when making repeated saves of the same record.
Upon investigation, we have identified an issue which only occurs when a user has the Summary page set to be the first tab on the record. (Note that this is not the default setting and hence would have been activated in FileFinder Settings). With the summary set to be the first tab, repeatedly saving records without closing the record between saves can result in issues with new data saving after the first save action.
Resolution:
Ikiru People engineers are now undertaking remedial action to resolve this issue in the next FileFinder SaaS update.
Mitigation:
In the meantime, to ensure you do not experience this issue, please ensure you disable the option to have summary as the first tab.
To do this, unselect the option 'SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN...' for all record types. Users will find this option in FileFinder Desktop under Tools > Settings and un-tick the following options:
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_PERSON
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_ASSIGNMENT
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_CAMPAIGN
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_COMPANY
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_FLEXASSIGNMENT
SUMMARY_AS_FIRST_TAB_IN_INTRODUCTION
The summary tab will still be available on the records but will no longer be the first tab open.

Ikiru People engineers have developed a patch to resolve the summary as first tab issue and this will be released in the next FileFinder SaaS update over the coming weeks.
Until the next release, users should continue to mitigate the issue by disabling the option to have summary as the first tab.
We will close off this service incident now a fix has been established, and viable mitigation steps are available, but if you have any questions please don't hesitate to contact us.

This release resolves the LinkedIn integration issue through Web Research. Please see the release notes for more information, including known issues with this update.
Each region will be unavailable for up to 4 hours during this extended maintenance window.
The update is scheduled between: Central US: SATURDAY (14th May 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable for 4 hours between 07:00 - 23:00 UTC [02:00 – 18:00 CST - US]
Australia East: SATURDAY (14th May 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable for 4 hours between 07:00 - 23:00 UTC [17:00 – 09:00 (SUNDAY) AEST - Sydney]
Southeast Asia: SATURDAY (14th May 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable for 4 hours between 07:00 - 23:00 UTC [15:00 – 07:00 (SUNDAY) SGT - Singapore]
West Europe: SATURDAY (14th May 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable for 4 hours between 07:00 - 23:00 UTC [08:00 – 00:00 BST - UK]
The FileFinder SaaS upgrade has been completed for all regions and users can now update their clients and login.
FileFinder Gated Talent customers will need to re-authenticate the Gated Talent integration in FileFinder Admin to continue to get automatic Gated Talent updates.

Ikiru People engineers are carrying out maintenance on the FileFinder SaaS platform. The planned FileFinder SaaS version upgrade has been postponed and will be rescheduled in the near future.
The maintenance window only affects the EU region and FileFinder SaaS will be unavailable between the times below.
The maintenance is scheduled for: West Europe: WEDNESDAY (13th April 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable 19:00 - 23:00 UTC [20:00 – 00:00 BST - UK]
There is no update required for the FileFinder SaaS client application and hence users will be able to login again without installing an update on their PC / laptop.
