Australia East: WEDNESDAY (7th September 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable 10:00 - 13:00 UTC [20:00 – 23:00 AEST - Sydney]
Southeast Asia: WEDNESDAY (7th September 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable 12:00 - 16:00 UTC [20:00 – 00:00 SGT - Singapore]
West Europe: WEDNESDAY (7th September 2022) the FileFinder SaaS platform will be unavailable 18:00 - 23:00 UTC [19:00 – 00:00 BST - UK]

We’ve had reports of some customers experiencing issues logging in to FileFinder Desktop and Browser. This only seems to be affecting customers in the EU region on our SaaS platform.

Ikiru People are carrying out platform maintenance this weekend.
The maintenance windows only affect the EU region and FileFinder SaaS will be unavailable during the periods outlined below.
West Europe FRIDAY (29TH JULY 2022) FileFinder SaaS platform and associated client applications will be unavailable for 30 minutes between 22:00 - 23:00 UTC [23:00 - 00:00 BST - UK]
SATURDAY (30TH JULY 2022) FileFinder SaaS platform and associated client applications will be unavailable between 19:00 - 23:00 UTC [20:00 - 00:00 BST - UK]
SUNDAY (31ST JULY 2022) FileFinder SaaS platform and associated client applications will be unavailable for 30 minutes between 22:00 - 23:00 UTC [23:00 - 00:00 BST - UK]

We have had some reports from customers that they're experiencing problems accessing FileFinder SaaS. There is currently a Microsoft Azure Service Health incident regarding SQL Azure (the database service that is used by FileFnder SaaS) that we believe to be the cause. Our engineers are investigating further and will provide regular updates.

Microsoft are continuing to work on, mitigate and provide updates on the SQL Azure issues they experienced this morning on their status page, and these updates can be found here https://status.azure.com/en-gb/status.
We're no longer receiving reports from customers experiencing any issues and as such, we'll close off this service incident however we will continue to monitor the systems and re-open if necessary.
