We’ve had reports of some customers experiencing timeouts and issues logging in to Infinity SaaS.

We have had some reports from customers that they're experiencing problems accessing Infinity SaaS. There is currently a Microsoft Azure Service Health incident regarding SQL Azure (the database service that is used by Infinity SaaS) that we believe to be the cause. Our engineers are investigating further and will provide regular updates.
