We will shortly be upgrading Infinity SaaS to the latest version. Here's what’s new: Release Notes
The update is scheduled for: Australia East: THURSDAY (21st November 2024) the Infinity SaaS platform will be unavailable 13:00 - 15:00 UTC [00:00 – 02:00 AEDT - Sydney]
West Europe: THURSDAY (21st November 2024) the Infinity SaaS platform will be unavailable 19:00 - 23:00 UTC [19:00 – 23:00 GMT - UK]
When the Infinity SaaS platform is upgraded, we deploy new builds that contain new features, enhancements and changes. These are documented in our release notes which are updated every release so you can see what's coming so check back regularly to see what's changed and what's new so you can make sure you're getting the best out of Infinity SaaS.

Upgrade Maintenance Window
During each upgrade, the Infinity SaaS platform will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. To prevent any unsaved changes being lost, please ensure you have logged out of Infinity SaaS prior to the start of the maintenance window. Any users still logged in will lose their sessions and hence risk any changes not being saved.

Post Upgrade and updating the Infinity SaaS Client
Whilst the deployment of the platform updates are fully managed by Ikiru People's technicians and deployment processes, once the update has completed the Infinity SaaS application will need to update itself the next time it is opened on your PC / laptop. For users not familiar with this process, it is a simple step-by-step automated process you'll be prompted to follow. Once complete, the system will be fully available for use once more.
When running the Infinity SaaS client update, please ensure that ALL applications, including MS Office applications (eg Word, Outlook etc...), are closed prior to this as any left open will be automatically terminated during the upgrade and any unsaved documents will be lost. Once the client has been updated, you can resume using all MS Office applications as normal. We would also recommend you start the Infinity SaaS Client update a few minutes before you need to start work. (On an average PC, it will take between 5 - 10 minutes)
If you do not have local admin permissions on your workstation or run the Infinity SaaS client from a Terminal server, you will need to ask your IT\IT administrator to perform this client upgrade for you.

Voyager Mid-Office Customers
For Infinity SaaS customers who use Voyager Mid-Office, if you require an upgrade to ensure compatibility with the latest release of Infinity SaaS, our Projects team will be in touch to arrange this in advance.

Infinity Connect Mobile App
When new versions of the Infinity Connect Mobile App are released, they will appear in the Google Play and Apple App stores and the relevant store will prompt you to update the app on your mobile device.
