We’ve had some reports of customers experiencing login issues with FileFinder SaaS.
Ikiru People Engineers are investigating these reports and we'll provide further updates on this as and when they are available.
We apologise for any inconvenience if you are currently being affected.

Ikiru People engineers need to undertake short-notice maintenance on the FileFinder SaaS platform later tonight.
The emergency maintenance only affects the EU region. We expect the platform to be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes between 23:30 and 00:00 tonight.
West Europe MONDAY (17th JANUARY 2022) FileFinder SaaS platform and associated client applications will be unavailable from 23:30 - 00:00 UTC [23:30 - 00:00 GMT UK]
We are carrying out this short-notice maintenance out of key working hours to minimise the disruption but apologise to any customers who may be impacted by this work

Ikiru People Engineers will be upgrading the Gated Talent integration with FileFinder SaaS. To minimise disruption this is being undertaken during the planned upgrade maintenance window for West Europe. Accordingly the Gated Talent integration will be unavailable as below:
