We’ve had reports of some customers experiencing issues logging in to FileFinder this afternoon. This only seems to be affecting customers in the US region on our SaaS platform.
Ikiru People Engineers are currently investigating. We apologise for any inconvenience and will provide an update as soon as possible.

Ikiru People Engineers have resolved the issue and users of FileFinder Desktop and Browser in the US Region will now be able to login again.

We’ve had reports of some customers experiencing issues logging in to FileFinder this morning. This only seems to be effecting customer in the EU region on our SaaS platform.

We have had reports of customers experiencing issues using the integration with LinkedIn through Web Research. Customers are reporting that the LinkedIn pages do not load correctly inside the application.
Our team have investigated and been able to replicate the problem which appears to have been caused by recent changes made by LinkedIn. Ikiru People engineers are now undertaking remedial action to resolve this situation. In the meantime profiles will need to be downloaded from LinkedIn outside the application and imported as a resume/cv.

We have had reports that some customers are currently experiencing issues with the Browser and Desktop versions of FileFinder on our SaaS platform.
Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating and we will provide further updates as soon as possible. We apologise for any disruption caused by this incident.

Ikiru People engineers have resolved the issue preventing users from accessing FileFilnder Desktop and users can now login again.
Our engineers are continuing to investigate the problems effecting FileFinder Browser and we will provide a further update as soon as possible.
