We have had reports from some users that they are currently unable to login to Infinity on the SaaS platform.

Ikiru People engineers are currently investigating as a priority and we will provide an update as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.

The temporary connectivity issues to Azure database services have been restored and all services are operational again. We're liaising with Microsoft and will continue to investigate and monitor closely .

Microsoft Azure engineers have mitigated the issue that prevented users from accessing Infinity SaaS.

Infinity users should now be able to login and access the application as normal. Our team will continue to monitor the situation throughout the day.
