Ikiru People are carrying out an update of Talentis that also includes updates to its browser extensions (for Chrome & Edge) and its MS Office Add-ins (for Outlook & Word).
Whilst updates to the Talentis app itself are delivered seamlessly to all users, due to the nature of publishing updates to the stores for Extensions & Add-ins, and specifically the approval processes that our outside our control, this maintenance window has been created specifically for these features only.
TALENTIS ITSELF WILL REMAIN FULLY OPERATIONAL DURING THIS TIME.
The Talentis MS Office Add-ins & browser extensions will be impacted from
21:30 UTC FRIDAY (20th December 2024)
The add-ins & extensions will be impacted from the above time until the updated versions are approved and available in the stores. Unfortunately, the approval processes don't have a defined time, however we are carrying out this maintenance in the quieter run up to Christmas to minimise any impact to customers.
Once the updates are approved and available from the stores, this maintenance window will be closed. After that time, users should receive the updates automatically. However if you would like to ensure a prompt update, users can manually check for updates or uninstall/reinstall the extensions and add-ins to get the latest versions.
To reiterate, this only affects the Office add-ins and browser extensions. The Talentis website will be fully operational throughout this maintenance.

ResolutionThe updates for the Talentis browser extensions (for Chrome and Edge) and the Microsoft Office Add-ins (for Outlook & Word) have all successfully been approved and released in the stores. The maintenance window is now complete.
